The ROTORDISK® RBC internals are the heart of the biological treatment process. Purposely designed for municipalities, consulting firms and engineering professionals, the typical internals package consists of the entire ROTORDISK® process and ancillary equipment package for installation into a building built by others.
The ROTORDISK® internals package consists of the main ROTORDISK® assembly plus other tertiary treatment components depending on the effluent quality required. Additional components available for these systems include:
- Grating and Handrailing - segmented, removable covers
- Sludge and Scum Return Systems - effluent pump systems and controls
- Tertiary Filtration Systems - UV or chlorine disinfection systems
- Flow and Effluent Monitoring Systems - enclosure heaters and lighting
- Nitrification and Denitrifications Systems - complete system controls
