Our Approach
Our approach to handling industrial waste streams is usually along the following lines:
- Our process engineers review the waste stream. We do laboratory sampling as necessary.
- We make recommendations to the client on the treatability of the waste stream.
- We prepare a budgetary estimate for the project.
- If required, we work with the customer to pilot the application.
- We prepare final proposals which leads to a customer purchase.
- Seprotech designs and manufactures the system.
- Seprotech installs the system at the customer's site.
Please keep in mind that saving money on being environmentally friendly is critical to our design philosophy. For example, we can often help customers re-use and recycle water thereby reducing costs. If customers are paying a volume charge for wastes we can often find ways of significantly reducing volumes or eliminate certain waste streams altogether.
